This band is based and was started in Tokyo, Japan. Tommy was compelled to start this Ethnic Jazz Group in Tokyo Japan because of his years of playing with "Santi Debriano's PANAMANNIAC'S" and his love for ethnic music of the world progressed from his world travels and performances with Dizzy Gillespie.
